Smt Ila Singh
She belongs to the 1988 batch of the IA&AS. She joined as Pr Accountant General (Audit), J&K and Ladakh on 1st June 2020.
Before joining the office, Smt Ila Singh served as Director General (Audit), Railway Board, New Delhi, Principal Director (Commercial Audit) & Ex-Officio Member Audit Board-1, New Delhi, Principal Director (Report States), in office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, New Delhi and Accountant General (Civil Audit), Gujarat.
Outside the department, Smt Ila Singh has worked as Financial Advisor in Delhi Development Authority (DDA), New Delhi and as Professor in National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad.
Smt. Ila Singh holds an MSc in Zoology, M.Phil in Public Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
